If you have a question that you can’t find the answer to, we have a form on the contact us page where you can pose your query. We aim to respond to you by your preferred method within one working day.
By purchasing from Keystone Munitions online you affirm that you:
Are a U.S. citizen
Are 21 years of age or older.
Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.
Have never been a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
Have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Have never renounced his or her US citizenship.
Have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening a partner or child.
Are aware that our products are intended for adult use only.
States we do NOT ship to:
Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Washington DC, Massachusetts.
We cannot ship to any US Territories
We cannot ship to any military APO or FPO
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES
Our normal shipping schedule is 3-5 business days from the date of the order. We ship Monday through Thursday. If your order hasn’t shipped by day 6, please contact us for further information regarding your order
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking info to update on the UPS website
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and click on secure checkout. You will then be instructed to add your state, zip code, and city for shipping rates. We ship UPS Ground only.
We offer payment with all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You will see a pending transaction hit your account and funds will be pulled as soon as the order ships.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is marked to ship.
Keystone Munitions has a company policy that all sales are final. No exchange or returns.
You are required to notify Keystone Munitions within 90 days of any issues or defects with your purchase. You may also be required to return the suspected defective ammo for testing before receiving a refund or replacement within 90 days of the prepaid return label. If you contact Keystone Munitions after the 90-day period your claim may be subject to denial, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. You can cancel your order prior to shipping by emailing us at Jeremy@keystonemunitions.com
Yes, the Nexus for each state is different. For some states it’s a dollar amount, other states the number of orders, and in some states a combination of the two.
